Privacy policy

Events AI Budget-Saver™ (“we”) processes the minimum data needed to run the service, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Your work email address (to sign you in and send receipts).
• Search inputs: event name, budget, dates, origin cities and headcounts. We do not collect employee names.
• Billing data, processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• A strictly necessary sign-in cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Booking requests

When you send a booking request we use your email and that option's flight details to confirm the fares with you and book the flights. Passenger details you send us for a booking are used only for that booking and shared only with the airlines or agencies that issue the tickets.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), our database host, our email provider, and flight-data providers (Ignav, Travelpayouts), which receive only airport codes and dates — never personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the Contact link. We keep billing records as required by law.
